Cozy Lodge Feel, Close to Town and Slopes

Great experience and would look to this place again! Easy to book and confirmed promptly. Staff was helpful as needed. They put us in a clutch location on the first level. The full kitchen made our trip much more affordable and accommodating. The room configurations worked well for our party of 6, including 3 small children. Made use of the TV, gas fireplace, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, as well. The place is a little dated, but you can tell they are making improvements. However, no concerns about the cleanliness.

Second Time Even Better

This was our second time staying here and it was perfect for our family. Two of us ski, so a quick three minute walk to the lift was perfect and two of us don’t ski so a 10 minute walk to the heart of Main Street was perfect too! The accommodations are great and the staff top notch. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Perfect Family Ski Retreat

Wedgewood was an ideal hotel for a family ski trip. The hotel is literally across the street from a ski lift. The lift doesn’t serve much terrain but allows access to several other lifts. Returning the lift at the end of the day can be confusing so get a trail map. We stayed in a 2 bedroom plus loft and the room had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The kitchen was furnished to allow full meals to be cooked. We ate supper in the rooms to avoid the crowds in Breck. Hotel parking is limited. The highlight was the staff. They were all friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Call ahead if you have questions before making a reservation.

Great Place to Stay For Skiing

We stayed here for 4 nights for our winter ski vacation. The staff is very courteous and professional, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Our flight was cancelled twice and we could only get to Breckenridge 3 days later than scheduled. The manager called us and offered us an additional night for free to make up for some of the time lost. Very nice! The place is very clean and comfortable. We had a 1 bedroom condo and it was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook our breakfast every morning. Really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room in the evenings when returning from skiing. Finally, the two hot tubs are a bonus. Great experience, will come back.

Four Times

Great place, quiet, and feels like at home, close to main street and lifts, located on north side, so snow does not melt fast when the weather is warm. The staff and management are nice and friendly and professional.

An Annual Tradition

This is our third consecutive year to stay at Wedgewood. The staff is fantastic beginning with the reservation process. They helped us with reserving ski gear, travel to and from the Denver Airport, and even recommended someone to have the fridge stocked upon arrival (which I recommend). We stay in the one bedroom with a loft and it is very spacious for me, my wife and daughter. There are televisions both downstairs and in the loft, and I really like the floor layout. The little things they do are also appreciated, such as providing cookies on Christmas and hot beverages in the lobby, which make for a nice treat after a day on the slopes. The hot tub is a necessity every evening and is very spacious as well. My only wish would be for stronger jets in the hot tub. This is a trip I thoroughly enjoy every year and look forward to the remaining 51 weeks of the year.

Great Ski Lodge in Breckenridge

Absolutely awesome as usual. It was our fourth time at Wedgewood Lodge and we do not plan to stay anywhere else next time we are going skiing. Super clean, very nice staff, extremely quiet in the evening and at night, great underground parking.

Great Stay!

We spent five days at the Wedgewood Lodge in a two bedroom and two and a half bathroom suite and enjoyed it immensely. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the location perfect. Highly recommended.

Christmas Stay at The Wedgewood

We have just completed our fourth stay at the Wedgewood Lodge in Breckenridge. We always enjoy this particular facility because it allows us and our children and families to all be together in one location near the slopes. Accommodations are nice, clean and well-maintained give us the independence we require. Covered basement parking is great for one car, but you have to use an overflow lot miles away for multiple cars. Snowflake Lift is literally across the street which gets you onto the slopes and 4 O’Clock run gets you back–pretty convenient.

Excellent Value

A friend and I stayed at the Wedgewood Lodge in the late spring and had an amazing stay. It was clean, convenient and had great views. The condo had everything we needed, was open and pretty and a great price. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Room, Appliances/Comforts of Home, 30 second walk to Chair Lift

Title basically says it all. Very cozy room with a second floor loft. The outdoor balcony was a great touch with a beautiful view of the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms! Only thing missing from our room was the fireplace (other rooms were said to have fire places 🙁 More than enough room for my buddy and I. Out the door at 9 AM, on the chair lift by 9:05. Outdoor Jacuzzi was under maintenance, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna hit the spot after a day on the mountain.

Always Outstanding

Great price, beautiful rooms, outstanding customer service, short walk (50 yards) to the slopes and only a 1/4 mile walk down the hill to Main Street. We have been staying at Wedgewood for 4 consecutive years and as long as we’re going to be in Breckenridge, we’re staying at Wedgewood. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent Location & Perfect Family Spot

Recently stayed at the Wedgewood Lodge and it was great, very helpful staff, clean rooms and awesome location. We rented our skis right across the street, bought lift tickets and jumped on the lift right outside our door. Perfect spot to ski down for lunch and within blocks to walk to town for shopping/dinner at night. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft and it fit 5 adults and 5 kids just perfectly! Bathrooms both had double sinks and kitchen living area was perfect size to accommodate everyone. Overall great place to stay if skiing at Breckenridge!

Nice Staff

The room met expectations, and the proximity to town and the slopes was just fine. However, what always makes a difference for me is the people who take care of the place I’m staying. Are they professional, or are they something more? In this case, they were downright nice. That’s what makes the difference between good and excellent.

Great location, great staff, beautiful stay!

Everything was top shelf! I highly recommend Wedgwood and plan on staying again when I return to Breckinridge. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and genuinely concerned about their guests’ experiences. Lots of thoughtful surprises anticipating things we would need that we hadn’t even thought of.

Gem of Breckenridge

Proximity to lift, rentals, ticket window and easy on/off the mountain make this the best possible location where location, cost, quality and great staff come together. I have been coming to Breckenridge to ski since 2000 and have stayed at several locations but this one beats them all in total value. Check it out!

Our Go-To For Years

Many winter ski vacations have been spent at this location. It is very convenient to the snowflake lift and has many options for room layouts to suit your guest needs. The staff is very friendly and offer many discounts on transportation, equipment rental, etc…. We will definitely stay here again.

A Most Delightful Surprise

Our room was immaculate. Much larger than I expected. Kate and Barry at the desk were knowledgeable about local activities and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, a nicer stove than I have in my apartment, large frig, microwave and dishwasher. The loft had a full bed, sitting area and 2nd full bath. Bed was very comfortable, but not as large as my king at home. Only a few blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants. Totally exceeded my expectations.

Cozy Studio Apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wedgewood Lodge. The hotel had a cozy cabin feel. Our room was great! There was plenty of room for our family of four. Although we didn’t use it, there was a fully stocked kitchen. The hotel provided games, books, puzzles, and movies, which we all enjoyed. Everything is within walking distance on the cool summer days in July. We will most definitely be returning in the future!

Great Experience

Birthday in Breckenridge!!!!

Wow, I’ve been coming to Breck my whole life. Celebrating my 31st birthday at the Wedgewood Lodge this past weekend was by far the best time I’ve ever had here! Huge room with a shared balcony which was a first but still had great views and cool neighbors lol Walked right out our doors and up the four O clock lift! Wasn’t snowing but had a little snow on the ground! Only a like a block or two from Main Street. Loved the garage parking, gets a little to tight but beats being out in the weather lugging in your stuff! Would recommend this place to everyone! Jacuzzi was great cause they have one inside and outside. Sauna too. Great staff, seemed very laid back and cool! Get the studio if you can!!!! Has full kitchen stove and microwave and regular size fridge! Worked great cause we went grocery shopping 🙂

Great Stay

Great staff, very nice and helpful! Room were spacious, extremely tidy and very comfortable! It was just a hop of a minute to the lift base and as well just a 5 minutes walk to all the nice restaurants close by. Thank you for making our trip that great!
