CREDIT CARD AND PHOTO ID REQUIRED

Upon arrival, we will require an imprint of a credit card for a security deposit as well as a photo ID that matches the credit card. Guests without a credit card and matching photo identification will not be allowed to check-in and the cancelation policy will apply. Deposit and cancelation policies may vary for group reservations.

NO PETS are allowed onsite at anytime.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any type allowed inside.

PARKING

No more than one vehicle per unit is allowed onsite at any time
Parking is not guaranteed and available parking may be indoor or outdoor.
No trailers.
No RVs.
No Box Trucks.
EV charging spaces are first-come, first-served.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during late spring/summer/early fall seasons and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm during ski season. If you arrive after hours, your arrival information will be waiting for you in a late arrival basket on the front desk. We recommend calling the office prior to your check-in date to inform us of your late arrival.

PROPERTY& CANCELLATION POLICIES

First night deposit is required at time of booking on a credit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival or reservation may be canceled. If reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival, we will ask for full payment by credit card at time of booking. All cancelations received prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 service fee per unit. (Changes are also subject to a fee.) All cancelations received within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a full forfeiture of all prepayments.
